Dear NBC Berkeley Saints,

We missed you last week! I want to thank Jacob Ard and the entire church staff, as well as others who helped contribute to a meaningful worship service last week.  I watched the service online from Gainesville, Florida.  I am excited to be back with our church family on Sunday.  This Sunday, we will share the Lord’s Supper, and we will finish our Habakkuk series with a message from Habakkuk 3:1-19 named “Singing in the Storm.”  Next week, we will be starting a series from the Book of Romans. 

I want to remind you that in Sunday’s bulletins, there will be an insert. If you are a Covenant Member, please fill out your interest in serving on various ministry teams (formerly called committees) for the coming year.  Speaking of Covenant members, if you were not able to make it to Covenant Sunday but still would like to retain your Covenant Membership, please fill out a Covenant Card on Sunday and place it in the offering box on Sunday.  We will have some Covenant Cards in the lobby.  Also, if you would like to be part of a Home Group Discipleship community, please sign up. 

This coming Sunday, we will have a meeting immediately following the 11:00 a.m. worship service for all those wanting to serve at the Fall Festival, which will take place on November 1. 

Northwood Baptist Berkeley is hosting the Family of Churches Quarterly Prayer Meeting this Sunday night at 5:00 p.m.  I want you to be blessed by showing up at all the meetings. I especially want you to participate in the one that takes place on our campus.

Please be in prayer for our Women who are attending the Ladies Conference tonight and Saturday.  Please be in prayer for our men and boys who will be attending the Men’s Ministry camping trip next weekend.
