Good Morning Church Family!
Dear Northwood Berkeley Saints,
How ‘bout that Fall Festival!! I am so proud of our congregation for all the hard work put into blessing our community and sharing the Gospel. Kingdom Vessels rocked it, the ladies in the kitchen rocked it some more, Bill and Jaye cooked enough hot dogs to feed all of Berkeley County. Gary and Dawn kept the popcorn and cotton candy flowing, Dennis, Marie, and Ifford treated kids to the hayrides, LCHEA and Wildlings blessed us with the their help and presence, the movie was a blast, Chuck was keeping the place safe, the teens painted some faces of excited children, the making of the gospel bracelets lead to many Gospel presentations, Alex gave a great devotional, and Lindsay provided excellent oversight. We had a great crowd and had guests show up on Sunday! I am proud of you!
This Sunday morning, we will have a special Missions Sunday. I will be preaching a message from Acts 13:1-5 called “The Church on Mission.” We will hear from Jim and Dawn Packwood, Ms. Francis, and Khem and Riza, who will share about missions. We will have normal Sunday evening activities.
On Sunday, November 16th, we will have an Operation Christmas Child Packing Party in the worship center building and then head over to the Gethsemane Chapel Building for a chili-cook-off. Join us that Sunday evening.
On Sunday, November 23rd, we will have an Ordination Service on Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m.
Spend time with your wonderful LORD today.
The service is streamed weekly on Facebook
